Legal Manager (LM – HO)
Legal Manager’s responsibilities aremanaging the corporate legal support activities and to undertake legal structuring of transactions and relationships and advice business operations on legal and compliance issues. He/she must have the knowledge of modern legal office practices, procedures and terminology; general legal principles and application; various legal document formats and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Must have minimum 7 years of hands on experience as Legal Manager
- Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be goal oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Principles and methods of business letter and report writing.
- Independently perform a variety of sensitive secretarial tasks.
Legal Officer (LO – HO)
The legal officer gives legal advice to upper-level staff to ensure the best legal approach is taken for business. He/ she advises them on matters of constitutional and national law. He may have to handle conflicting legal matters that involve public and private law. The legal officer has to present information on a written or oral platform that all staff can understand. As an administrator, he must promote strong relationships with coworkers and external client of the corporation. This officer may also be called upon to establish legal offices in sites or divisions.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Must have minimum 3 years of hands on experience as Legal Officer
- Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Procurement Staff (Proc – HO)
This position oversees preparing and managing requests for proposal, reviewing a large value purchase order reviewing bidding process, and negotiating with vendors. The work needs to be cost effective while also dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree, having degrees in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing is extremely helpful.
- 1+ year related experience
- Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Must have strong communication and team player.
This position performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum Diploma Degree from Office Management or Secretary
- Must have minimum 3 years of hands on experience in administration and office management in school, educational institution, or private company.
- Expert knowledge of modern administration and filling system
- Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be goal oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Skillful in using spreadsheet and word processor.
IT Programmer (IT Pro – HO)
This position writes code to create software programs. She/ he turns the program designs created by software developers and engineers into instruction that a computer can follow. Programmer must debug program, test to ensure that she/ he produces the expected result. The process includes check the code for mistake if there is any problems and fix it.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in any field includes system analysis, computer engineering, and computer science.
- Must have minimum 3 years of hands on experience in IT Programming.
- Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must be goal oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Expert knowledge of computer programming.
- Must be able to have flexible working hour necessary to manage and operate the school effectively.
