Job Descprition :
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing list and schedule, discount rates, and developt sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company
- Assist in development of sales plans for corporate criteria at managerial level
- Review marketing strategy of aftermarket team that potentially achieve sales goals
- Prepare budgets and develop profit goals, analyze and control expenditures of aftermarket division to confirm to budgetary requirements
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

Job Descprition :
- Achieve a high level of Customers Satisfaction and retention internally and externally, in order encourage improved customer commitment
- Ensure the premises and facilities are maintained to the standart required by the Dealer Operating Procedure
- Ensure the Dealer point work to the criteria laid down in the company HSE procedure
- Ensure that all warranty repairs/claims carried out in accordance with SOP
- Achieve performance standards set within the budget; control costs and expenditure as set in the budget
- Manage the dealer manpower and succession plan to maximize oppurtunities for growth throught the team
- Daily supervision of the Dealer point team to ensure correct levels of staff are available for pre-booked, work in progress, uscheduled repairs and quality audit
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
