Marketing Manager (Non-Alcoholic)

Job purpose :
- Continuously develop and strengthen GreenSands Brand Equity. Lead future brand development and new product launches in MBI in Non Alcoholic Beverage category (near-beer). Co-ordinate with brand teams and purchasing on all Merchandising POSM items.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic development of Brand objectives and marketing mix strategy.
- Develop Business case and propose Non Alcoholic Beverage portfolio role.
- Manage the approval from MBI management.
- Set up and maintain close relation with sales force.
- Develop Annual Operating Plan for Non Alcoholic Beverages upon Annual Company Operating Plan and Marketing Director directives.
- Plan & Prepare portfolio strategy for new product launch, including launch implementation.
- Analyze the portfolio and future opportunities, identify trends and threats.
- Formulate action plan to secure market position against the competition.
- Develop Annual Operating Plan for Non Alcoholic Beverages upon Annual Company Operating Plan and Marketing Director directives.
- Ensure continuous efforts on searching for ways to build volume.
- Create SOP for Merchandising POSM management and ensure the implementation.
- Co-ordinate with Purchasing and all brand teams to ensure material planning, delivery and warehousing.
- Analyze consumer needs and usage patterns for correcting actions.
- Ensure product cost based on proposal is within profitable limits
- Develop accurate action plan and budget.
- Liaise closely with Sales team to ensure best in market execution.
- Carefully control, evaluate and assess potential brand volumes in different parts of the territory
Requirements :
- Bachelor / Master degree from Marketing
- Minimum 7 years in different areas of Marketing, with at least 3 years experience in managerial level in FMCG Industry
- Proven leadership competency
- English proficiency both speaking and writing
Draughtbeer Service Technician

Job purpose :
- To maintain & repair DB machine in DB workshop as well to serve regular service of installed DB machine at outlets.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct maintenance, inspection, and sanitation of the draughtbeer equipments at our outlets.
Requirements :
- Diploma holder (D3) from Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or Polytechnic.
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant background.
- Understanding in Cooling System is a must.
- Having car driving license (SIM A)
- Able to work as a team.
- Willing to work on holidays when required.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
- Computer literate and mastering the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong personality, energetic, performance-driven, team minded, highly responsible

Demand Planner

Job purpose :
- To help Demand Planning Manager for doing the forecasts for National (by region, by ship to, by brand, by SKU level)
Responsibilities :
- Manage the SKU / Brand/ Region/Ship to in the forecast system (FM system)
- Analyse the sales forecast evolution on weekly basis and build a forecast proposal based on historical sales & other factors
- Calculate & analyse the gaps between forecasts and real sales
- Ensure the validated forecasts are integrated in the information systems (SAP)
- Coordinate with the sales , marketing related with the forecasts numbers
Requirements :
- S1 graduate from Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced min. 1 year in Production / Demand Planning in FMCG industry
- Detail and good analytic thinking
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Familiar with SAP will be advantage
Business Development Executive

Job purpose :
- This position will be ensuring the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop business and create demand through the outlet activations.
- Consistently provide the best service, understand the customer needs, as well as engage and influence them through regular outlet visit.
- Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards.
- Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regularly monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions.
Requirements :
- S1 graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG) as a sales supervisor or marketing representative.
- Excellent in communications, negotiation skill, interpersonal relationship, as well as team work.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
- Hold valid driving license “A”
