LABORATORY QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Job Purpose:

  • Maintains laboratory results quality by determining and evaluating requirements; establishing and monitoring standards and protocols; analyzing results.

Duties:

  • Determines quality service requirements by examining expectations and requirements with users; benchmarking best practices; analyzing and summarizing information; recommending organization structure, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Guides employee actions by developing, writing, and updating policies and guidelines.
  • Establishes laboratory standards and protocols by conferring with users; examining industry and professional standards; recommending standards and protocols.
  • Develops laboratory information system by evaluating requirements; conferring with users and information specialists; purchasing, modifying, developing, installing, testing, and documenting software; establishing and monitoring interface between laboratory instrumentation and computers; evaluating hardware.
  • Assures quality results by conducting audits; identifying processing errors; recommending changes.
  • Summarizes laboratory quality results by collecting, analyzing, and explaining data; identifying trends; recording historical results.
  • Maintains laboratory proficiency by identifying requirements; collecting and submitting specimens to evaluation centers; analyzing returned evaluations; recommending corrective actions; monitoring changes.
  • Keeps equipment and instruments operating by enforcing operating procedures and preventive maintenance; arranging for calibrations and repairs.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ad Hoc Reporting, Quality Management System, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, System Administration, Software Requirements, Equipment Calibration, Lab Environment, Objectivity, Quality Focus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university in analytical chemistry & related background (chemist, microbiologist, etc.)
  • 5 years minimum experience in Laboratory fields
  • Familiar and have expertise with Management System (ISO 17025, ISO 14000, OHSAS, K3, GLP, LEAN, LIMS, etc.)
  • Willing to work 2 shifts

LABORATORY RECEPTIONIST & CUSTOMER SERVICES

Job Purpose:

  • We are looking for a personal who can serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Distribute customer inquiries to right person in the Lab and make sure the customer inquiries closed.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer inquiries, complaints, and related file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • High School or Diploma in Office Administration or related background
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with microsoft office and administration computer application
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
