LEASING ADMIN STAFF
VALID DATE : 2 DECEMBER 2015
- Responsible for all leasing administration matters.
- Collect, report, and fill all leasing administration documents.
- Provide complete, accurate, and on time reports.
- Help to provide data for standardize forms & reports format, terms & conditions, leasing agreement, and notarial deed, etc.
- Manage all administration and reporting process.
- Participate in ERP/SAP implementation process.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
- Female preferred max. 28 years old.
- Min. 2 years of experience in administrative positions.
- Familiar in using ERP/SAP.
- Pleasant personality & possess good communication skill.
- Well organized, multitasking, and fast.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Fluent English both oral and written

ACCOUNTING (CONSOLIDATION) SUPERVISOR
VALID DATE : 30 NOVEMBER 2015
- Check journal daily transaction.
- Prepare monthly adjustment journal.
- Prepare monthly financial report with detail note.
- Review Draft Audit Report.
- Prepare Draft Annual Tax Return
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Accounting from reputable university.
- Experience min. 4 years in similar position.
- Has background in property industry is a plus.
- Has SAP experience.
- Attention to details and able to work under pressure and deadline.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.

JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER VALID DATE : 30 NOVEMBER 2015
Responsibilities:
- Handling Farpoint corporate communication plan and strategy in terms of newsletter, e-blast, website, etc.
- Handling marketing activities for all Farpoint property portfolios, such as Menteng Regency Apartment, Kemang Club Villas, Sequis Tower, Sequis Center.
- Supervise for all Farpoint social media activities.
- Monitoring and reporting marketing budget for Farpoint and few Farpoint properties as mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
- Min. 1 year experience in marketing communication management.
- Has an interest in journalism, copywriting, and loves reading.
- Preferable has experience working in magazines/media or Property background.
- Attention to details, able to work under pressure.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
