Role Purpose:

• RESPONSIBLE to MANAGE THE ASSESMENT, FORMULATION and PROVISION of the TECHNICAL SOLUTION of the CRM System, Portal and Customer Touch Point System, Point of Sales System, Complain and Trouble Ticketing System required for Service Development.
• To SUPPORT the development of System and Services related to the system areas mentioned above to meet the defined time frame.

Qualification:
