Pabrik Semen Bima yang dibangun diatas lahan seluas 43 Hektar, dimana peletakan batu pertama (ground breaking) dilakukan oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah H. Bibit Waluyu yang di dampingi oleh Bupati Banyumas Mardjoko berlokasi di Desa Tipar Kidul Kecamatan Ajibarang, Banyumas pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2012 berkomitmen untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan semen nasional secara merata.

Seiring dengan pesatnya pembangunan di Indonesia kebutuhan akan semen terus meningkat. Namun tentunya yang dibutuhkan bukan sembarang Semen Bima hadir menjawab apa yang dicari konsumen selama ini yaitu semen dengan kualitas premium yang mudah digunakan untuk berbagai aplikasi. PROJECT ENGINEER MANAGER22/11/2015 - 29/02/2016

Purpose of the Job :

• Primary responsibility is to plan and manage the project (non-EPC), to ensure that the project is carried out according to agreed objectives, quality, time, cost, specifications, OH&S and environment protection requirements
• The project manager assumes responsibility for the project including engineering, construction and administration aspects, within an approved budget and time schedule as defined by the project director and president director.
• This position is responsible to lead the project in engineering areas from construction phase up to the dry runs phase
• Function as arbitrator and resolve all technical and non-technical related project matters which are subject to disputes in the project team and/or between contractors.

Other Tasks :

• Prepare tender document for contractors or sub-contractors related to non-EPC works
• Supervise the main contractor and its subcontractor during construction
• Manage project budget
• Build team works among the contractors, sub-contractors, and other employees.
• Resolve discrepancies between the parties involved in the project including contractual partners.
• Review status reports submitted to him by the Engineering, Construction, and Administration managers, and discuss and decide on corrective measures, adjustments to schedules or plans as may be required.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering education background
• At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
• Good communication skill both Bahasa and English (Mandarin will be a an advantage)
• Would be placed in Ajibarang, Central Java

HRGA Sr MANAGER23/11/2015 - 29/02/2016
Responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining policies in areas such as compensation and benefits, organisational development, staffing, training, integration of diversity and inclusion, and career coaching
• Implement all procedures and SOP's and complies with local & National regulations and law
• Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for General Affairs including security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document for expatriate, etc

Requirements :

• Minimum Bacheloor Degree Form Law/Psychology/Management
• At least 10 years experience in same position (from cement industries will be an advantage)
• Familiar with UU No 13 year 2013 Indonesia Manpower Regulation and Industrial Relations
• Strong knowledge in HR & and General Affair aspect: Organization chart, Compensation & Benefit, Development, Recruitment , Industrial Relation, Appraisal & Retention programs for employee, etc
• Good understanding and experiences in Payroll, Jamsostek and PPh.21, Expatriate Permits, Insurance, Company Licenses, etc
• Excellent oral & written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Would be placed in Ajibarang, Central Java

Reseponsibilities:

• Assisting Management in travel out of town
• Responsible for all translation in office both for document & verbal translate

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

• Determination transportation tariff with efficiency and effectively
• Maping delivery route and cost analysist
• Maintain and update delivery cost considering actual condition
• Create tariff model and maintain component fee of delivery cost
• Ensure and minimize bottlenecks in the delivery of products

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree form Information Technology, Accounting, Statistic
• Experience in transportation rates calculation
• Experience in Supply chain or Distribution Product will be advantage
• Excellent analytical skill and innovative problem solving
• Advanced in Excel especially script excel is a must
• Have Good Communication skills (verbal and non verbal)
