We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

- Perform drive test and walk test and taking the necessary action to improve Radio performance
- Perform radio network survey to seek best location for new candidate
- Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization, Features, Trials and Tuning
- Perform Atoll simulation to predict site coverage area
- Support marketing to acquire solution from technical point of view
- Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product related information
Requirements
- Have experiences in Radio Network Planning and Optimization 2G and 3G, and LTE is an advantages
- Have deep knowledge in multiple vendor Radio Equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and ZTE)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Ms. Power Point)
- Have experiences in Spectrum Analysis, sector health analysis for stationary and mobile devices, site level optimization through DT Logs, Network level optimization for Coverage, Qos and capacity
- Have experience in drive/walk test and analysis
- Expert using mapinfo and atoll and planning tools (atoll)
- Have good relationship with operator and vendor
- Familiar in creating report / presentation based on Microsoft Office application
