 Job Description

  • This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Workshop Supervisor at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
  • Workshop Supervisor is leader positions in our branch. They responsible for workshop operational.
  • In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as service advisor and mechanic team leader for the first term and as acting workshop supervisor for the second term.
  • Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication skil
  • Enjoy working in workshop environment
  • Having passion in Automotive industry

  • Bachelor degree in Economic (Accounting / Management / Finance Management) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
