Since starting in 1958 in Bandung, West Java and then changing our name in 1986 to Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, BTPN has come a very long way. It was listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2008 and a year later added micro-financing to its portfolio of pension banking services.

- Bersedia mengikuti tahapan program pendidikan dan pelatihan secara terus menerus selama 6 bulan dan lulus ujian.
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 24 bulan, setelah lulus tahapan program pendidikan dan pelatihan.
- Memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
Persyaratan Umum
- Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Indonesia.
Requirement
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.0 (skala 4).
