IS&T HELPDESK STAFF
- VALID DATE : 31 AUGUST 2016
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include incoming queries, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy.
- Determines the most effective manner to resolve client's technical issue within SLA. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Consults or escalates to 2nd level support staff when necessary.
- Records required customer and problem information in the Ticket System, monitor and respond quickly for any incident or requests. Updates tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities, and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
- Resolves Level 1 work orders. Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
- Verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow up.Works on Help Desk related projects as assigned.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses and administer the purchase.
- Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software & hardware and other equipment.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Min. 1year working experience in related fields (Technical & Helpdesk Support) or equivalent.
- Good understanding on computers and network.Good interpersonal skills.Good communication skill both oral and written.

JUNIOR SAP BASIS

Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer server & storage system (monitoring system performance, installation, and upgrade SAP system)
- Establish and control system access and security (refer to company rules and procedures).
- Transport management system.
- Troubleshooting system.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
- Min. 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS.
- Experience to complete at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation.
- Proven knowledge and experiences in SAP EEC6.0
- Having knowledge in Network/System/Database AdminAnalytical, innovative, and result oriented
- Good command in English both oral and written

IT PROGRAMMER STAFF

Responsibilities:
- Involved in several Farpoint projects, such as:
- HR Information System (Employee Master, Recruitment, Reimbursement, etc.).
- Operational Process System (Point of Sales – for Plaza Mebel)
- To design, develop, optimize and test windows based software using .NET technology.
- Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Participate in system analysis and design of software architecture.
- Provide solutions to technical issues
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Max. 28 years old.
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position.
- Proficient in VB for ASP.Net Programming.
- Strong in using Microsoft SQL Server as backend database.
- Strong in using MSQL (table, query, view, store procedure) as support database programming.
- Experience with .Net component and script (HTML, Javascript) will be advantage.
- Experience with SAP will be advantage.Good command of verbal and written English
