Management & Analysis Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Ensure the managment reporting format is standardised and common accounting treatment are being followed and also the policies and procedures are in place.
- Consolidate and review DS Management Reporting for all BU and ensure the number ties to the submission with relevant commentary being captured.
- Ensure reporting timelines are adhered to. Drive the annual business plan and budget process, including analysis of all budget numbers
- Ensure consistency of application across the DS, upstream and corporate business units.
- Perform Business Analysis and validate on a monthly basis in addition to consolidation and reporting and providing commentary
- Check and validate consistent allocations of costs and expenses across business units.
- To work on building validations that will help to perform sanitary checks as part of country submission process to avoid back and forth of data flows
- Responsible to define KPIs and reporting requirements, monitor and report of the KPIs and assist in achieving the KPIs for the DS business; and also to assist in BI and data goverance after implementation
- Deliver monthly accurate results consolidate with relevant commentary and backup workings
- Prepare and review presentations for monthly Capex for Investment Committee, monthly and quarterly EPM on consolidation results with commentaries and comparison to budget
- Responsible for Management Reporting Improvement Initiatives & Projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Bachelor degree or CPA
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Possess good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and CxC
- Posses thorough knowledge on management reporting concepts
Finance Team Lead (Based in Selangor)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Provide IT SAP Finance Application support for the SAP based solution, to service levels agreed with the Business, managing all internal and third party relationships to ensure end to end delivery of service
- Ensure the stability, integrity and performance of the Application operational environments and the realisation of identified improvement opportunities and requirements
- Ensure seamless integration with other IT organisations to facilitate end to end delivery of service to the Business
- Deliver support services for the ERP applications according to business defined service levels and allocated budget

Software/Mobile Application Specialists
Job description
There are two roles -
- Mobile Application Specialist
- Software Application Specialist

- The Mobile Application Specialist is responsible for developing new and maintaining existing Andorid based application whereas the Software Application Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining existing web & backend applications, which integrates to existing mobile application solutions or new mobile based solutions.

Senior Trade Control Analyst (Beans)
Job description
Daily/Weekly
- Keep abreast with the developments of the global soybean/commodity market and highlight to management market movements/developments that might affect our Positions/PNL
- Benchmark daily Soybean trades to market prices by preparing & uploading Mark-to-Market Prices into our trade management system CXC
- Monitor & review daily tasks performed by our extended team in China including (but not limited to) completeness of trades & accuracy of trades match off
- Updating of trades details (where required) and generating Daily Mark-to-Market report for realized PNL of closed positions and unrealized PNL of open positions
- Liaise with Traders to reconcile traders PNL with GAI Net Position Report on a daily basis
- Provide analysis on Soybeans PNL & Position movements for our weekly management review
Monthly
- Prepare charts/commentaries on Soybeans performance for our monthly updates to senior management
Ad-hoc
- Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports requested by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or any business-related degree from local or overseas reputable universities
- At least 5 years of experience in trade control or product control or accounting in a commodity trading company.
- Preferably at least 4 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms
