- CLassroom training on airline engineering & maintenance business process, basic aircraft technical knowledge
- On-the-job training and assignments in aircraft hangar, maintenance workshop, and tine maintenance
- Examination heLd by the government to get general Licence in aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management
The Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen
- Single and willing not to get married during training period
- Age max. 27 years old
- Holds mm. Bachelor Degree/Si from reputable University
- Fresh graduates or those with 0-1 year of working experience
- Majoring in ElectricaL Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Management
- GPA mm. 3.0 for Bachelor’s Degree/S1 and 3.25 for Master’s Degree/S2 within 4.00 scale
- Posses excellent communication skill, both verbal and written in English
- Active involvement in campus organizations and events/social committees, or has received recognition and award on achievement acquired e.g. scholarship, student exchange. etc
- Willing to be assigned to unit and branch office in accordance with company requirements.
