PT Windsor Indonesia has a sister company as the distribution arm for a group of companies (PT Ultra Salur) with an established core business consumer health care products (first aid or plester) marketed in the traditional trade (GT) and premium laundry products positioned in the modern trade (MT). Our company was established in 2002 and we are conveniently based in Jakarta Selatan. Our logistic services operate out of two locations (Jakarta and Surabaya) servicing our 45 distributors and local / national modern trade accounts.
SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF
Purpose of Job
- We seek a passionate and dynamic Supply Chain Staff to support our Logistic Department in production plan as well. The applicant needs to demonstrate a “can do” attitude, be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and possessed a good command of English. You should have supply chain experience, be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable to work on a range of tasks spanning from production planning, data entry and import knowledge. Diligence, reliability and meeting agreed deadlines are important requirements. The candidate will be hired as a contract employee for six months while replacing employee who are on maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Male / Female, age between 25 – 35 years old
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Background in Accountancy is beneficial
- Having minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Production planning and PO forecast
- Sales and Stock reporting
- Supplier invoice to system
- Purchase Order administration
- Handling import process and coordination with foreign supplier & forwarder
- Packaging and Raw material procurement
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
- Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Excel spreadsheets is mandatory
- Knowledge of accurate system is beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database, English and administrative skills
