Infrastructure Team Leader
We are seeking a Team Leader : Civil Engineering with design experience on civil site and utility infrastructure systems using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Curva 5 or project scheduling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for civil engineering and design of utility infrastructure systems, supervise towards infrastructure projects, create document control, QC/QA in realization of available projects, create Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for engineering desain, and perform administration process for project realization (PR-Tender). Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of civil engineering scope including plan and specification development and will be involved in multidisciplinary coordination within the firm. The position is the lead civil engineer in a growing branch office and offers an excellent opportunity for leadership and career advancement.
Skills we are expecting for the position:
- Undergraduate Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- 10 Years minimum civil enginnering desain
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Curva 5 or project scheduling is required.
- Strong teamwork, communications, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for civil engineering, supervise towards activities and infrastructure resources to raise work target which has decided with high quality, rational budgeting, effective time and safety to excuse it and also contribute to raise section’s target or another department. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of civil engineering scope including plan and specification development and will be involved in multidisciplinary coordination within the firm.
