REPORTING OFFICER
Job responsibilities
  • Collect the data required in the preparation of financial statements to reporting can be performed accurately.
  • Inputting data and information for both the periodical financial statements and non periodic into the database system Finance & Accounting for the delivery of financial information to management and stakeholders.
  • Drafting financial statements (actual vs. budget / actual vs. forecast) as the data to be analyzed to be given to the Corporate Finance Division.
  • Enter the data for the preparation of financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) quarterly / annual financial information for the purpose of submission to the Government through the Division of External Relations.
  • Preparing financial data for submitted to the government (EMR) in order to government data reported are accurate.

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputably University, min GPA 3.00
  • Have min 1 year experience as Reporting Staff and/or experience from Public Accounting Firm
  • Have good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting control, and financial planning & budgeting
  • Good English is a must

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing bank transfer and bank disbursement voucher, in accordance with cash biweekly budget for further approval.
  • Send bank payment transfer to the bank.
  • Assist in preparing invoices to customers which include preparing draft of invoices, preparing the supporting data and sending invoice to customers.
  • Prepare VAT-out slip and maintain the numbe of VAT-out slip
  • Collect the SSP frim the banks
  • Maintaining of Petty cash
  • Recording of Receipt cash, expense payment and other cash disbursement

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  • Min 1 year experience as Finance & Accounting Staff
  • Have basic knowledge of Accounting
  • Familiar with MS Excel
  • Have a strong analytical skill
  • Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC ADMIN STAFF
Job responsibilities
  • To examine all demand for goods and services and to ensure the completeness documents that needed so it will allign with procurement of goods and services  system and procedure in the company.
  • To proceed and distribute the documentation for all goods on time to other parties.
  • To checked all documents that needed in imports procedures so it can allign with Indonesia standards and regulations.
  • To collect and to keep all procurement documentation of goods that have been purchased so it can be used when needed.
  • To support the procurement and expedition deparment by making correspondencs letter that related to the procurement operations.

Job requirement

QAQC INSPECTOR
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for all QAQC inspection for all of the power plant’s construction works to ensure that all works are done according to contract and specification.
  • To collect and analyze all non-conformance reports for all the power plant construction works, ensuring that all NCRs are done through a single channel and thus to ensure all NCRs are well controlled.
  • To ensure all works that do not comply with contract specifications and standards are documented and monitored.
  • To follow up on all works that do not comply to specification and standards and to process the necessary documentations for works that have been corrected and meet quality specifications and standards.
  • To monitor and control all from contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractor and subcontractors work quality is according to contract spec and standards.

Job requirement
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Engineering
  • Min. 3 years of experience as QAQC Material Inspector on Construction works from power plant/ oil & gas/ heavy industry
  • Certification : Welding, NDT Level I
  • Good communication  & managerial skills

PROJECT FINANCE CONTROL OFFICER
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for controlling the project’s financing process (pre and post financial close) to ensure the company’s compliance with the debt servicing schedule, covenants, and reporting requirements stipulated in financial documentation.
  • Coordinate, monitor and ensure the timely satisfaction of the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent stipulated in the financing documentation.
  • Interface with the relevant project team members to ensure coherent and consistent feedback/ position on the issues / requirements raised by Lenders.
  • After financial close, manage the loan drawdown process (in liaison with the lenders and financial authority), monitor the compliance with the debt servicing schedule, covenants, and reporting requirements stipulated in the financing documentation.
  • Prepare supporting data for the structuring of the project agreements (e.g. PPA, EPC, Coal Supply, O&M) and the consultancy agreements with third party advisor (e.g. Lender’s legal advisor, technical advisor, coal advisor, insurance advisor, etc.)

MECHANICAL INSPECTOR
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project’s mechanical works to ensure that all construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule.
  • Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
  • Identify mechanical design issues during the engineering and construction of the power plant and to recommended and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress to the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure engineering and construction are done on schedule and to recommended corrective actions for any mechanical engineering issues.
  • Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the engineering and construction of the power plant’s mechanical works from the Mechanical Team Leader and Mechanical Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of mechanical works for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s mechanical works are constructed on schedule and on spec.

Job requirement
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputably University, min GPA 3.00
  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering project (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in power plant projects.
  • Have Government Certification on Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have relevant certification on Welding Inspector.
  • Have good competencies on construction methods and design engineering.
  • Good command in English both oral and written

TAX PROJECT OFFICER
Job responsibilities
  • To analyze the impact of the regulation development in taxation and industry, so the update information can be use to update about provision, and to give input also advice about tax area for Adaro subsidiaries. 
  • To analyze Contract and document transactions so the data can be use todetermine the risk of taxation and tax treatment in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  • To conduct a review all  fiscal and taxation report from Adaro subsidiaries, so the report can be use to prepare recommendations.
  • To gather information related to regulations in the areas of taxation and / or relating to the areas of taxation so it can be used to identify tax issues for the company.
  • To collect and prepare material for all  project implementation plan in Adaro subsidiaries.
  • To do the documentation and filing tax documents pertaining to from the analysis, a review ,updates, input, advice and recommendations of taxation.

Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years experience in tax area, preferably from public tax firm.
  • Having excellence knowledge about Tax Regulation.
  • Having good knowledge about Tax Policy & Procedures.
