PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibility
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures that result in improved manufacturing yields, product quality, efficiency, and reduced costs.
- Monitoring and improving the manufacturing process to maximize yields, identifying and eliminating process problems quickly and independently, and communicating critical needs for the product line based on business needs..
- Ensure that product output at each process step meets or exceeds manufacturing budgets and goals.
- Identify chronic issues and recommend corrective actions. Receive and integrate new technologies to improve process capability while ensuring proper processes are followed during transfer. Provide inputs about equipment maintenance requirements and shortfalls.
- Identify when engineering support is required to address significant production platform/process/specification issues or changes. Learn & understand the process and equipment functions in area of responsibility and become a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing process.
- Working with production operations regarding capacity planning, work-flow design, and manpower analysis.
Requirement
- Male or Female, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering majors is required.
- Prior experience with process engineering responsibilities preferred.
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing field with an understanding of industrial machines and equipment preferred.
- Good team player with positive working attitude and able to interact with all level, proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability to analyze technical issues, define/solve problems, establish project plans, statistically evaluate solutions, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Good command in English.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
- Job Location: Jawa Barat - Karawang

Responsibility
- Ensure that all machineries running smoothly to support continues system of production process.
- Manage and control day to day maintenance activities.
- Arrange preventive maintenance plan, and overhaul activities.
- Corrective maintenance and trouble shooting and analyze the root cause to prevent some trouble in the future.
- Perform the improvement plan to increase machine condition and availability
Requirement
- Male, min. D3/S1 Mecatronic, Electrical or Mechanical.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering –Mechanical or equivalent.
- Having minimum of 4 years working experiences as Maintenance Supervisor at continues plant company.
- Deep understanding of Electronic circuit, Electrical/wiring diagram and mechanical drawing.
- Familiar and Can operate (read – write – modification) Programmable Logic Controllers; PLC Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation and controllers ; temperature sensor – controller, vacuum sensor – controller, touch screen, NC – CNC base controller, etc.
- Having experience to handle rotating equipment; high precision vacuum pump, compressors and blower, water and oil pump.
- Understand and have experience to manage HVAC equipment: Chiller unit, Cryogenic machine, AHU and clean room equipment.
- Familiar with TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Instrumentation and sensors calibration.
- Honest, stable personality and a responsible person.
- A hard worker and good team player.
- Good command in English.
