Konsula Internship Program – Vendor Management Analyst

Job Description
The 12-week internship program gives you the opportunity to learn the business in real world settings. Throughout the program, you will be:
- Exposed to real business situations. Get immersed in real product / marketing / engineering / operations teams and situations with all the thrills, and learn from it.
- Drive and execute real projects. Create immediate impact by delivering real projects that will highly influence the outcome of our business.
- Successful interns will be granted full-time employment at Konsula.
Responsibility
- Specifically as a Vendor Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Actively engage with healthy and natural products merchants to bring them on board Konsula’s marketplace platform, Lemonilo
- Manage, incubate and grow merchants through key performance metrics
- Work cross functionally with other internal teams to drive initiatives that support the overall development of merchants. Identify high potential and find scalable ways to drive their performance
Requirement
Desired qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with GPA > 3.5 from business/marketing major
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Goal and performance oriented and sense of ownership

Konsula Internship Program – Photographer

Job Description

- Specifically as a Photographer, you will be responsible for:
- Creatively present the company’s offering through high-quality, artistic images of Konsula products
- Preparation and art direction for shoots: set creation and building, lighting, backdrops, cameras, product placement, design and composition
Requirement
Desired qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with GPA > 3.5, preferably from communication/video production/art or any other related fields
- An ideal candidate would have a passion for product and catalog photography in a high volume, digital studio environment
- Strong photographic lighting and compositional skills in studio setting

- Develop strategy for the customer handling activities, including business process improvements and creation of a more efficient standard operating procedures
- Liaise with product, engineering and other team to give active input on how product should be developed from customer’s perspectives
Requirement
- Desired qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with GPA > 3.5 from engineering or business major
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of operations management, organizational effectiveness and optimization
