OPEN RECRUITMENT INDONESIA ONE HEALTH UNIVERSITY NETWORK (INDOHUN)

The Indonesia One Health University Network (formally known as INDOHUN) was established in January 2012 as a platform where leading academicians, stakeholders, scientists, communities, and professionals from Indonesia could transcend provincial and national borders to address issues of regional and global concern. The mission of INDOHUN is to implement the One Health concept across the country with the support of multiple disciplines. The vision is to improve the health of people, animals and the ecosystem, which are all interconnected for global survival. This meeting aimed to unite all health sectors in Indonesia (especially university) to conceive and build one health concept in Indonesia.

We are hiring two posistions to join us!

• Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) Officer (full-time)
• Communication, Training and Network Assistant (full-time)

Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) Officer (full-time)

• The Communication Officer has responsibility for technical service to the communication serving including website content and maintenance, forum content and maintenance, social media expert, maintaining email network, and develop media communication. 

Qualifications:

• Moderate proficiency in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in IT and/ or Communication field
• Maximum age is 30
• Good communication with people
• High computer proficiency in MS Office, web browser applications, web designing, and other media designing.
• The candidate should be willing to learn, collaborate and work together with professionals from various academic fields
• Experience in developing and maintaining: website content, website forum, social media, email network
• Experience in creating media communication and promotion: newsletter, brochure, short story, press release
• At least one (1) year of work experience, preferably with exposure to develop and maintain any website content, social media, and other media communication.

Communication, Training and Network Assistant (full-time)

• The Communication, Training and Network Assistant has responsibility for technical service to the training and networking serving including planning, preparing, and implementing action for training, and also assisting  Training and Communication Manager to manage and expand INDOHUN network.

Qualifications:

• Moderate proficiency in communicating in English and Bahasa
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Health/ Communication/ Public Relations field
• Maximum age is 30
• High computer proficiency in MS Office and web browser applications
• The candidate should be willing to learn, collaborate and work together with professionals from various academic fields
• Experience in handling training including planning, preparation, and implementation action.
• Can handle INDOHUN network including managing and handling
• at least one (1) year of work experience, preferably with exposure in organizational and networking management.
