Tanggung Jawab:
  • Membuat perencanaan dan pengembangan produk makanan dan minuman (F & B) sesuai dengan permintaan dan requirement penumpang maupun market lifestye
  • Mendefinisikan konsep dan visi produk F&B serta bekerjasama dengan unit Marketing (terkait research, brand awareness, dan digital yang sedang trend di masyarakat)
  • Bekerja sama dengan catering provider sesuai dengan lingkup assignmentnya

Persyaratan:
  • Usia maksimal 39 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3
  • Minimal Chef de Partie di restoran atau hotel bintang 5
  • Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di area perkantoran Bandara Soekarno-Hatta
