More than 40 years ago, Indosat Ooredoo was established as an integrated Indonesian telecommunications network and service provider. Together with its subsidiaries PT Indosat Mega Media (IM2) and PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, Indosat Ooredoo provides fixed data or Multimedia, Intranet & Data Communication services such as IPVPN, leased line and internet services. Channel System Management Officer
Role Purpose:
- Business requirement development, system analysis, develop in-house application for channel requirement and support. Complain handling analysis, investigation and resolution follow up, in-coordination with related parties. Requirements:
Qualification:
- Min Bachelor Degree or min 3 years experience preferable in sales/channel/trade markering, IT or the same field
- Knowledge of IT, sales, distribution channel, business & marketing process is preferable
- IT and network related knowledge is an added value
- Good analytical thinking and business reporting
- Should be able to develop effective relationships & partnership
- High level of personal enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Have a good integrity
- Customer oriented result and high-responsive to respond the enquiries within his/her responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and with a very tight schedule of deliverables
- Fluent in English, booth speaking and writing

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in sales/channel/trade marketing, commercial related or IT application related, telco industry is a plus

Segment Marketing Analyst ( Voice & SMS )
Job Role:
- Develop, implement and manage also supporting the department in executing the product task that includes: creating a profitable tariff plan on existing portfolio and product, managing Voice & SMS traffic and increase / maintain the profitability.
- Additional to that, to also support Indosat Ooredoo Segments (IM3, Mentari and Matrix) on Voice / SMS. Primary focus is with IM3Ooredoo Brand. Qualification:

Experience:

Target Segment Manager
Job Role:
- Develop and own non-core propositions and Marketing roadmap to ensure IM3 leadership in the Youth segment in Indonesia
- Develop and implement IM3 programs/promotions for youth segment to ensure competitiveness, increase of market share and innovation in consumer market.
- Develop and implement customer engagement program to increase customer loyalty in youth segment
- Monitor & evaluate performance of tactical programs/promotions for youth segment
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
- Have ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure condition
- Have good supervisory skills and capabilities
- Experience:
- 4-6 years experience in mobile communication industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of promotion, product and tactical pricing of Telco products or FMCG
Senior Product Analyst – Core Services Data
Job Role:
- Develop, implement and manage also supporting the department in executing the product task that includes : Identifying possible revenue enhancement from existing portfolio and product, managing Data Traffic and increasing the yield of existing product. Improving the longevity of the existing Data Subscribers.
- Additional to that, to also support Indosat Segments (IM3, Mentari and Matrix) on the Data Product. Qualification:
- Target Oriented
- Conceptual and Analytical Thinking
- Good Communication Skill
- Strong Commercial & Analytic background
- Strong Product Development background in IT & Telecommunication
Experience:
