1. Sales Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Monitoring Sales & target achievement.
- Focus on target and make sales strategy to achieve it.
- Make an idea to improve sales achievement.
- Report to GM Sales & Marketing.
- Making sales action plan, monthly & yearly operational sales budget.
Job Requirements:
- 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience, especially in property company.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) will be an advantages.

2. Budgeting Supervisor
Job Responsibiliies:
- Managing the review of expenses and preparation of operating budgets.
- Preparing the appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments.
- Receiving the budget estimates that has been submitted by all the departments and critically examines them.
- Submitting budget reports to the management for further scrutiny and approval in accordance with the approved policy.
- Monitoring the budget throughout the year.
- Analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
Job Requirements:
- Female, 27 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) will be an advantages.

3. Housing Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising in Civil Architect construction, especially in housing construction.
- Administrate the supervision of construction and report to Project Manager
- Make an effecive and efficient construction.
- Monitoring progress agains the plan and take appropriate action to ensure it in the sites.
- Make sure the time of construction in the sites must be equal to the time in work order.
Job Requirements:
- Male, 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience, especially in property company.
- Fluent in English (both spoken & written) will be an advantages.
- Willing to work in Cakung, East Jakarta.
4. Infrastructure Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors and supervises the infrastructure construction.
- Monitoring progress against the plan and take appropriate action to ensure it.
- Make sure the time of construction must be equal to the time in work order.
- Administrate the supervision of construction.
- Report directly to Infrastructure Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Male, 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience (preferable in infrastructure residential project, especially road and bridge).
- Dynamic, excellent communication skill & result oriented.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Cakung, East Jakarta.
5. Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling property product and able to reach te target
- Provide and explain all about Jakarta Garden City to customer, such as product type, prices, availability and buying process Attend in property exhibition
- Report to Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
- Female, 20 – 28 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply

- Computer literary

6. Maintenance Engineering Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance public facilities like PJU, power house, etc.
- Controlling & Monitoring technicians activities.
- Ensure MEP utilities functioning properly.
- Repaired & maintenance drainage.
- Controlling stock inventory.
- Report to Estate Dept. Head.
Job Requirements:
Male, max 40 years old.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience.
- Able to work and communicate effectively.
