- Doing as a counterpart marketing (pre-sales) to clarify shareable information at site asset Tower Bersama Group·
- Ensure that shareable information of site Tower Bersama Group is available at TBG System·
- Coordinate with regional office to do CAF validation after agreeable duration implementation·
- Ensure the changing of validation result is updated at TBG System·
- Coordinate with Asset Custodian, Asset Compliance and also Regional Office to do regularly update toward shareable site information, including availability data, community issue & landlord issue.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

- Mastering in Ms. Excel
- Good communication skill and presentation
- Good understanding about GSM, WCDMA, WBMA

In Building Coverage Engineer
- Supports the design and implementation of in-building wireless networks for 2G/3G/4G cellular telephone.
Description
- Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information
- Supports the design and implementation of in-building wireless networks for 2G/3G/4G cellular telephone
- Perform coverage simulation and analysis for in-building performance
- Be involved in trial projects for new products and features
- Responsible for the walk/drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance
- Perform basic initial radio optimization such as new site for coverage/quality based on walk/drive test result
- Supporting marketing division to acquire solution from technical point of view
- Cultivate strong customer relationships with key clients and accounts
Requirements
- Experience in In-building Design Link Budget
- Familiar with autocad for inbuilding design drawing
- Experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization 2G and 3G, and LTE is an advantages
- Have deep knowledge in multiple vendor Radio Equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and ZTE)
- Experience performing walk/drive test 2G/3G/LTE and analysis
- Experience in Spectrum Analysis, sector health analysis for stationary and mobile devices, site level optimization through DT
- Familiar in using Radio Network Planning Tools such as Forsk (Atoll) / Aircom (Netact) / Optimi, etc
- Expert using mapinfo and mapbasic as advantages for site analysis
- Experience in creating reporting / presentation based on Microsoft office application
Transmission Engineering (Backbone)
- Manage optical fiber implementation (OSP) for Hotel BTS & Datacom Project
Description
- Responsible to improve network performance by implementing new technology and/or modifying existing network configuration
- Interaction with customer and feedback for the network solution
- Reporting, planning, and analysis relating to all network and service activities as required
- Design, plan and implement reliable fiber optic network

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Electronics or Telecommunication
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Transmission Planning and Optimization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-vendor networks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GSM operators or vendors
- Good knowledge on Cacti or other performance monitoring tools
- LTE knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Strong customer relations, a positive thinker, self-motivated, and customer centric
- Willing to travel around the nation
- Certification CCNA/CCNP or equivalent is an advantage
Radio Network Planning Senior Engineer

- Familiar in using Radio Network Planning Tools such as Forsk (Atoll) / Aircom (Netact) / Optimi, etc
- Expert using mapinfo and mapbasic as advantages for site analysis
- Experience in creating reporting / presentation based on Microsoft office application (Superior in Excel and PPT)
- Have a good communication skills
