Service Analyst
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Max. age 27 years old
  • Holds min. Bachelor Degree from reputable state or overseas university
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; candidates with min. 1 year experience in service and/or as analyst are more preferable
  • GPA min. 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Computer literate (internet, Ms. Office application such as Word, Excel, Visio, etc)
  • Able to work individually and in a team, willing to work with tight deadlines
  • Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area

Operation Controller
Tanggung Jawab:
  • Memastikan keakuratan dan kelengkapan data yang terkumpul (ketersediaan pesawat, crew, reservasi, dan kesiapan station) 3 hari hingga hari pelaksanaan
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan operasional penerbangan sesuai dengan rencana operasional penerbangan
  • Analisa operasional penerbangan  yang paling optimum sesuai dengan kondisi terakhir mengenai rencana penerbangan dan ketersediaan pesawat, crew, reservasi dan kesiapan station
  • Memastikan safety awareness/ keselamatan penerbangan, kepatuhan terhdap standar penerbangan dan Safety Management
  • Meminimalisasi dampak kerugian yang mungkin timbul akibat dari irregularities
Persyaratan:
  • Pria / Wanita
  • Usia Max. 27 tahun
  • Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
  • Pendidikan Min. S1, IPK min. 3.00 (skala 4.00)
  • Diutamakan dari Jurusan Managemen Transportasi Udara dan Teknik Penerbangan
  • Tidak buta warna
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam sistem kerja shift
  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan dimana saja sesuai dengan kebutuhan Garuda Indonesia
