RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for planing, designing, and updating the whole processes of risk management.
  • Developing and qualifying the risk criteria.
  • Evaluating all of the risk aspects in company.
  • Preparing the risks report with different perspectives,
  • Providing training and socialization of risk management.
PERSYARATAN
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.

BRANCH MANAGER
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for negotiating with all dealers
  • Creating marketing strategies
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving the relations with all associates
  • Doing market analysis
  • Planning the budget to the Head Office and control expenses
  • Improving work efficiency and productivity in order to achieve the target which has been approved by the Head Office
PERSYARATAN
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Candidates with working experiences in Pontianak & Samarinda are prioritized
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

PURCHASING MANAGER
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Arrange pre-assessment on the qualifications of new potential suppliers;
  • Negotiate price, payment and contracts with both existing and new suppliers in a regular basis;
  • Formulate vendor performance evaluation method and monitor its execution;
  • Formulate and execute vendor relationship management strategies;
  • Formulate and execute order placement strategies to minimize repetitive administrative work;
  • Establish proper procedures and policies to automate purchasing, procurement and import clearance activities as well as to satisfy GCG principles;
  • Ensure quality reporting to aide decision making by top management.
PERSYARATAN
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Law, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Solid hands-on experiences in purchasing & procurement;
  • Native Indonesian speaker with excellent proficiency in both English & Chinese;
  • Strong knowledge in export processing, import clearance, logistics as well as the relevant knowledge in export import activities;
  • A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and sound analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

SYSTEM & PROCEDURES COORDINATOR
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Reviewing and updating the documents pertaining to quality
  • Ensure that changes and the current revision status of a document identified.
  • Ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use.
  • Keeps documents legible and easily recognizable.
PERSYARATAN
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and supervising all of the activities of Customer Service and after-sales service throughout Indonesia, both related to the problem Technical, Customer care, and Financial Administration.
  • Planning the system development in the Customer Service Dept. and setting Key Performance Index (KPI) for the sub-systems / parts in the Customer Service Dept.
  • Coordinate with all related department to develop strategic planning, in order to obtain synergies in achieving the company's vision and work program to customer service / after-sales service.
PERSYARATAN
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

PRODUCT MARKETING DEPT. HEAD FOR COMMERCIAL/ HORECA KITCHEN EQUIPMENT


  • Responsible for determining the strategy of product development and promotional programs to increase sales.
  • Responsible for coordinating / smoothness, implementation and control of the marketing of the product.
  • Conduct analysis of the market in terms of promotion and branding activities, prepare promotional programs, launcing new products and co. branding with other brands.
  • Identification and evaluation of the program has been planned.
  • Fostering and maintaining and improving relationships with associates, including dealers, key accounts, and consumers
  • Improving efficiency and productivity in order to achieve the set targets
PERSYARATAN
  • At least Bachelor Degree
  • Having experience minimum 5 years experience in marketing / as brand manager, especially commercial kitchen equipment (HORECA) field
  • Having a marketing strategy in the development process
