PT . Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk didirikan berdasarkan Akta Notaris Fitricia Arisusanti, SH, CN, Nomor 27 tanggal 6 Juli 2001, sebagai penjabat notaris Dokter Irawan Soerodjo, SH, M.Si. Akta ini disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No C - 03717 HT.01.01.TH.2001 tanggal 25 Juli 2001 dan diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 86 tanggal 26 Oktober 2001, Tambahan Nomor 6683. Secara operasional, Perseroan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2004 .

Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan, terakhir dengan Akta Notaris Leonlin Jayayanti, SH, Nomor 9 tanggal 21 Juli 2009 tentang perubahan, penyesuaian dan pengaturan ulang dari artikel yang seluruh asosiasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan Badan Pengawas Nomor IX.J.1 tentang Pokok-pokok Anggaran Dasar Perseroan yang Melakukan Penawaran Umum Efek Bersifat Ekuitas dan Perusahaan Publik, Lampiran Keputusan Ketua Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan Badan Pengawas Kep-179/BL/2008 tanggal 14 Mei 2008. Akta Perubahan ini telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Keputusan Nomor AHU - AH.01.10 - 15137 tanggal 10 September 2009 dan diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 63 tanggal Agustus 6 , 2010, Tambahan Nomor 726 .

Pada awal berdirinya, Perseroan secara internal dengan menjadi distributor tunggal untuk produk-produk dari PT Keramika Indonesia Asosiasi Tbk, PT KIA Serpih Mas dan PT KIA Keramik Mas. Dalam perkembangannya, Perseroan memperoleh kepercayaan mitranya untuk melayani distribusi produk dari Saint - Gobaint Konstruksi Produk Sdn Bhd , Clay Industries Sdn Bhd , PT Multi Warna Alam , PT Jaya Mulia Perkasa dan PT Bital Asia .

Merchandiser
Responsibilities:

  • Perform and maintain installation of a new display in customer outlets and trade exhibitions
  • Ensures product displayed are regularly updated in customer outlets
  • Coordinate and implement indoor and outdoor marketing materials in customer outlets such as billboard advertisement, merchandising collaterals (hanger, stickers, banner, mock-up, etc), display racks and other special activities
  • Perform installation of showroom and update marketing materials
  • Conducts reguler visiting to customer outlets and examine condition of product’s merchandising versus competitors

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Merchandising or equivalent
  • Have Driving License (SIM C)
  • Berlaku sampai : 2017-07-08

Sales Project
Responsibilities:

  • Release Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO)
  • Compile daily project delivery performance report
  • Monitor project inventory level
  • Review agreement with project representative and prepare related document based on project needs
  • Handle project document complaint
  • Arrange goods allocation to projects base on branch’s requirements

Requirements:

  • Preferably female
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales-Corporate or equivalent
  • Willing to work in Medan, Palembang, Central Java, Surabaya, Bali & Kalimantan area
  • Berlaku sampai : 2017-07-08

Sales Executive (Semarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities and create good and sustain relationship by visiting customers in accordance with plan and ensure all selling process completed.
  • Proactive organize all sales and marketing activities associated with selling transactions such as receive and proceed order.
  • Collect essential information from customer or shop and gather complaint and problem in order to identify solution for solving problem.
  • Monitor and provide regular reports to superiors regarding marketing information such as monthly reports, coverage pocket share & competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU or any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Building Material Distributor minimum 1 year.
  • Having good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Prefered work location - Semarang

Finance Accounting Head (Semarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control all assets and liabilities (such as account receivable, down payment, inventory, fixed assets, account payable, expenses).
  • Provide managerial reports (such as AR aging, AP aging, damage product report, withholding tax report and incentive report, etc).
  • Follow account receivable pending case and provide any solution to return pending money to company.
  • Monitor branch cash flow and bank balances.
  • Authorize to approve all receipts and payments voucher, invoices and tax invoices.
  • Evaluate procedures and provide solutions for solving problems related with finances and accounting issues.
  • Adheres to standard safety and continually perform and practice 5S.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Semarang area.
