General Development Programme (GDP)
Job Description
  • The programme is run for up to 20 months that will match business needs and your choice of career either as Relationship Manager of Emerging Credit Leader. This is where you will gain exposure to varipus business segments within the Bank and develop strong interpersonal, critical thinking and leadership skills.

Requirement
  • A recent graduate from a recognized university with minimum GPA of 3.00 out ogf 4.00
  • Less than one year of work experience
  • An excellent track record in leadership and co-curricular activities.

Management Associate Programme (MAP) - UOB Development Programmes
Job Description
  • Designed to nurture our next generation of leaders is an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your career banking industry.

Responsibility
  • An 18-months programme starting from July to provide you with learning within one of our business segments or corporate functions of your choice, rigorous project, and regional experience to nurture our next generation of leaders.

Requirement
  • A final year student or recent graduate from a recognized university with minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00
  • Less than two years of work experience
  • An impressive track record in leadership
  • Fluency in English and preferably a second languange
