B2C - Customer Development / Shopper Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, any major
- Has minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager in reputable FMCG company with multi distributor approach
- Able to work with deadline and target
- Depth understanding of Indonesia Market, competition, culture and area.
- Good leadership skill (Coaching, Mentoring, Motivate other, Setting goal, influence and drive for results)
- Depth knowledge of channel distribution and logistic
- Strong negotiations skills to resolve issues/conflicts in a “win-win” manner
- Have strong customer focus and ability to build credible relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to understand the data management and data analytics
- Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented
- Good command in English both written and verbal
- Willing to be based in Pekanbaru
