Saat ini PT. Kaltim Prima Coal membuka lowongan kerja sbb ;
1. ENGINEER – CONDITION MONITORING (CPHD)
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ Experience in Condition Monitoring Works.
Vibration Analyst Level 1 Certificate from reputable organization is preferred.
2. ENGINEER – MECHANICAL (MSD)
Qualifications
S1 qualification in mechanical engineering from a reputable university with minimum 3 years’ experience.
Has RCM Facilitator certification is preferable.
Has understanding of equipment reliability. Experience on conducting Reliability Analysis.
Able to operate computer software packages: Ellipse, Dispatch, MinVu, MS-Word, MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Access, MS-Power Point, Minitab.
Good communication (written and oral) skills in English and Indonesian.
3. SPECIALIST – MAINTENANCE TRAINING
Qualifications
Minimum SLTA or STM on automotive or electrical with above 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
Possessing experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency Assessor would be preferable.
Computer literate and excellent skill in designing and developing training manual.
Excellent organizing and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
4. SPECIALIST – SAFETY TRAINING
Qualifications
Graduate from Information Technology is more considerable.
Understand in Health & Safety Management with work experience in safety practices on coal mine industry 3 years.
Competent training skills/Train the Trainer training and on the job coaching/experience.
Excellent computer skills in MS Pwr Point, Excel, Word.
Minimum level 6 English and higher for some areas according to the discipline.
5. ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL PROJECT
Qualification
Possess S1 in electrical engineering with at least 3 years extensive experiences and proven skills in the Power Plant projects or operation.
Willing to work under pressure
Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others
Having knowledge in HSE policies, procedures and standards.
Understand how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant
Good in English, Able to speak Mandarin language is preferable
6. ENGINEER – CIVIL PROJECT
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with more than 3 years plus of relevant industry/management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position.
Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering/Construction and/or earthmoving industries. Having experience in
Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
Having a good knowledge HSE policies, procedures and standards.
Good in English, Able to speak Mandarin language is preferable
7. ENGINEER – CHEMICAL PROJECT
Qualifications
S1 Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Chemical Plant Projects or Operations.
Sound problem solving and decision making competencies.
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel.
Sound project management competency.
Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
Good in English, Able to speak Mandarin language is preferable.
