A well-established services company for oil & gas and mining industry, urgently need for the following positions
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
1. Bachelor's degree (highly advantageous) in Mechanical.
2. Report to Shift Manager CSTS ( daily and weekly report).
3. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essential) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant is preferable.
4. Strong knwoledge of plant system, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
5. Solid understanding of health and safety regullations and practices.
6. Planning capability at least for 3 to 6 month ahead.
7. Great eye for detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
9. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
10. Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
11. Very good time management skills.
12. Strong decision making and problem solving skill.
13. Experiences to works in commissioning activites in Gas Plant or LNG plant for the position.
14. Ready to work on shift and remote area (Papua) and rotation basis.
15. Read and extract the maintenance type required from the vendor document.
16. Understanding and follow permit to work system ( COW - Control of Work for Company and COW for commissioning).
17. Understanding spesification and size of piping, flanges, gasket and biots of the plants.
MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN MECHANICAL –STATIC
1. Minimum Senior high school or diploma
2. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essentials) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant id preferable ( Rev 2)
3. Strong knowledge of plant system , cleaning procedures and maintenance
4. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
5. Performe the daily weekly activities and report it back to Maintenance Supervisor
6. Works well under pressure and meet tight deadline
7. Strong decision making and problem solving skill
8. Ready to work on shift and remote area (Papua) and rotation basis
9. Understaning to read the P&ID drawing for piping mechanical
10. Understanding spesification and size of piping, flanges, gasket and biots of the plants
MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN ELECTRICAL
1. Minimum Senior high school or diploma
2. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essentials) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant id preferable ( Rev 2)
3. Strong knowledge of plant system , cleaning procedures and maintenance
4. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
5. Performe the daily weekly activities and report it back to Maintenance Supervisor
6. Works well under pressure and meet tight deadline
7. Strong decision making and problem solving skill
8. Ready to work on shift and remote area (Papua) and rotation basis
9. Understaning to read the P&ID drawing for Electrical-Single Line Diagram
10. Understanding spesification and size of electrical parts (cable-fuse etc)
MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN INSTRUMENT
1. Minimum Senior high school or diploma
2. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essentials) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant id preferable ( Rev 2)
3. Strong knowledge of plant system , cleaning procedures and maintenance
4. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
5. Performe the daily weekly activities and report it back to Maintenance Supervisor
6. Works well under pressure and meet tight deadline
7. Strong decision making and problem solving skill
8. Ready to work on shift and remote area (Papua) and rotation basis
9. Understaning to read the P&ID drawing for Instrument
10. Understanding spesification and size of Instrument
MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN ROTATTING EQUIPMENT
1. Minimum Senior high school or diploma
2. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essentials) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant id preferable ( Rev 2)
3. Strong knowledge of plant system , cleaning procedures and maintenance
4. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
5. Performe the daily weekly activities and report it back to Maintenance Supervisor

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS FOR MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT/ROTATING EQUIPMENT
1. Minimum Senior high school or diploma
2. 10 years experience and min 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (essentials) at Gas Plant or LNG Plant id preferable ( Rev 2)
3. Understanding of plant system, cleaning procedures and maintenance
4. Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
