1. Branch Manager (Code: PC), Special Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferred Master Degree
• Maximum age 50 years old
• Understand characteristics of master/market/business at the branch office region
• Have experience of being a leader in banking branch office
• Experienced in supervision at least 20 staff
• Have ability in doing problem solving and business analysis
• Have interpersonal skills and good communication skill
• Preferably have experience in commercial and corporate credit area

2. Marketing Section Manager (Code: PS-PMS)/ Administration Credit Section Manager(Code:PS-ADM)/ Customer Service Section Manager (Code: PS-CS)/Teller Section Manager (Code: PS-TL)/Back Office Section Manager (Code: PS-BO), Special Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Have experience being leader of section on the field a minimum of 2 years and experience in Bank at least 4 years

3. Credit Analyst/Marketing (Code: AK), Special Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Have experience in banking at least 3 years in Commercial, Corporate, and Retail
• Understand characteristics of master/market/business at the branch office region
• Have experience in Credit analysis, understand credit process systematic and prudent, understand credit risks of many market segments of industry, import/export trading

4. Customer Service (Code: CS) dan Administration (Code: ADM), Special Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• GPA ≥ 3.00
• Preferably have experience as Customer Service/Administration
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Not married

5. Teller (Code: TL), Special Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3)
• GPA ≥ 2.50
• Preferably have experience as Teller
• Maximum age 23 years old
• Not married

General Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferred from Reputable University: Accounting, Banking, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Communication, Public Relations/Sharia. (Code: CS, ADM)
• Good looking and good personality.
• Height: Female minimum 160 cm; Male minimum 165 cm, with proportional Weight. (Code: CS, ADM & TL)
• Customer Oriented
• Preferably have active English skills (oral/Writing).
• Not being in court proceedings or engaged in legal proceedings (civil or criminal).
