Job Description
- Contract drafting, including review and modification of any clause in the agreement to reflect and secure business needs;
- Legal documents handling such as mapping current business license owned by Company;
- Provide support in the event of application of Company’s business license to related government authority as necessary;
- Provide support in mandatory reporting to government authority;
- Able to provide explanation of legal understanding to Company’s business users as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Law;
- Minimum 1 year experience of staff / entry level position in legal department, law firm, or notary office;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Sufficient speaking and writing capability in English;
- Basic Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Powerpoint skills;
- Willing to work mobile - within Malang (and other areas, as necessary); and
- Placement will be based in Malang
