Qualifications :
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law / Management / Psychology
- Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resource/the same job position. Preferable having experienced in manufacturing industry / garment with minimum 4000 employee
- Strong leadership and problem solving skill
- Having good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, and negotiation skill.
- In-depth knowledge and experienced HR best practice in employee and industrial relation, labor union, labor law and compliance, organization and people development, compensation and benefit, managing recruitment and selection process, HR system and database.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good communication in English
- Willing to be located in Temanggung, Central Java

- Develop and implement end to end HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
