Job Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree of Public Relation, Graphic Design, Art, Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience as Graphic Designer is required for this position.
  • Had experience designing magazine's layout.
  • Creative, innovative, can work in tight schedule, and willing to work overtime.
  • Advanced with Corel, Adobe Creative Suites, and Video editing softwares.

ARCHITECT SHOP DRAWING ASSISTANT MANAGER

  • Understand about Housing Architectural Shop Drawing.
  • Coordinate with MEP and Structural CAD Drafter

Job Requirement

  • Male / Female, max 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree of Architecture.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Architecture / Drafter for Architecture Consultant / Real estate or Housing Developer Company.
  • Advanced work with : Sketchup, AutoCad, Tekla, Revit,
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Serpong, Tangerang

EVENT AND PROMOTION STAFF

  • Male, 22 - 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree any major.
  • Had experience make a concept of event promotion at least 2 years.
  • Advanced skill to make design 2D and 3D to attract audience for the event.
  • Creative, Active and organized person with tight deadline, and able to make improvement for event.
  • Placement at Bandung area.

QUALITY CONTROL INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Male, 28 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Civil)
  • Had experiences 2 years for Project Infrastructure
  • Advanced with : Cut & Fill, Sub base & base course, PVD, Grading, U-ditch
  • Able to review with AutoCad.
  • Placement at Bandung area.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Searching for consumer prospects,
  • conduct follow-up with consumers,
  • sales and daily activities reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree any major.
  • Fresh graduated / had experience as Sales Property.
  • Have a good communication skill,
  • Placement at Bandung area.

SECRETARY

Job Requirements:

  • Female, Maximum 28 years old.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Secretary or Business Administration.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as secretary or administration is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Good Looking, Communicative, Confident, Creative, and Willing to work with overtime.
  • Preferably fluent in English and Mandarin. Able to operate computer especially Ms. Office.

LEGAL MANAGER

  • Coordinate the Supervisor and the Consumer Legal Staff in providing services to consumers.
  • Monitor and control each process in accordance with the legal consumer and company rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for all legal documents.

Job Requirement

  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree of Law.
  • Preferably min 2 years as Manager / min 5 years as Assistant Managers specializing in Property Legal Consumer Services, Legal Contract,  Review Contract.
  • Have good communication, negotiation skill, detail oriented, and willing to work with tight deadline.
  • Placement at Bandung, West Java.

LEASING STRATEGIC AND PLANNING STAFF

Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibility to provide data, report, and analysis to support the strategic planning of leasing dept.
  • Also to keep out tenant database update and assist the leasing team by proposing budget projection, tenant renal term & condition, occupancy rate, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Male/ Female, maximum 28 years old.
  • Min Bachelor's Degree of business/ management, finance/ accountancy, industrial technic.
  • Have good analytical & interpersonal skill as well as excellent mastery of Ms. Office (excel & power point especially).
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in business analyst or similar position required.
  • Placement at Mall Kelapa Gading.
