Receptionist (RC)

Bahana Group is a State-owned enterprise established in 1973, with owned by  the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Finance. Currently, Bahana Group opened the bidding to fill the position of Receptionist with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
• Welcoming visitors and executives
• Arrage meeting room
• Sorting mails and letter
• Register to send, receive, and distribute documents

Receptionist (RC)

• Female, Able interesting and Maximum age 27 years
• Graduates minimal D1
• Experience working as a Receptionist at least 2 years
• Able to work in teams
• Strong English active both oral and written
• Strong persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and have high initiative
• Responsible, adaptable, and quick to learn new things
• Have the ability to operate Computer
