- Screen and / or service request
- Compile problem reports & provide solution complex issues as needed
- Remotely troubleshoot problems trough e-mail / telephone by taking over the control of user’s terminals via LAN/WAN connection
- Male, minimum education vocational school (SMK - Application/Network)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Must be Proficient in General concept of information technology (Hardware, Software, Networking, Database, Applications, etc)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Having good communication skill
- Good command in Bahasa and in English
- Able to work on shift schedule (24 Hours operational)
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia (For now placement in Bandung)

Responsibilities
- Pekerjaan ini berhubungan dengan server dan O/S, seperti melakukan monitoring, administrasi, setting dan konfigur parameter server, serta melakukan analisa dan memberikan solusi terhadap masalah server.
- Tuning konfigurasi O/S, design dan optimalisasi server arsitektur juga menjadi salah bagian pekerjaan pada posisi ini
Requirements
- Having an experience of Hardware and Software installation for Oracle SUN
- Capable to install OS such as : Linux & Solaris
- Capabe to assists customers to resolve issues related with product
- Capable to configure RAID/ Storage with related application
- Capable for trouble shooting of Hardware and Operation System
- Working Experience : > 5 years
- Having an experience of Hardware and Software installation for Oracle SUN
- Having Oracle certificate is preferable
- Familiar with Linux & Solaris Operation System
- Having project management skill
- Good communication & relationship skill, especially with client
- Good personality and hard worker
- Can Communicate, Read and Write in English

Solution Architect-Jakarta - Sigma Inno Office
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Ability to abstract business requirements and articulate the product specification for platform/ service
- Build the high-level solution specifications for a particular platform and service.
- Provide detailed inputs in terms of process/ UI design or paradigms
- Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of the entire product line
- Create prototypes, proof of concepts (POC) and conduct solution workshops
- Work closely with Product Management, the solutions team and the Platform teams top map customer requirements to standard products
- Design and develop application frameworks for customization and configuration
Qualification :
- At least 4 years experience on enterprise business application design, development & architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational database and Data Modeling
- Experience with Rapid Applications Development (RAD) tools for enterprise-based applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Management, Information Technology, Information Sytem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a must.
- Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives with minimum supervision.
- Placement in Jakarta
