Duties and functions Ministry of Communications and Informatics are as follows:

Functions:

• Formulation and establishment of policies in the fields of resource management and postal and informatics device, postal and informatics management, informatics application governance, information management and public communication;
• Implementation of policies in the fields of resource management and postal and informatics device, postal and informatics management, informatics application governance, information management and public communication;
• Implementation of the technical guidance and supervision over the implementation of resource management and postal and informatics device, postal and informatics management, informatics application governance, information management and public communication;
• Implementation of human resources research and development in the field of communication and informatics;
• Implementation of a substantial support to all elements of the organization within the Ministry of Communications and Informatics;
• Coaching and the provision of administrative support in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics;
• Management of property / wealth of the goverment which is the responsibility of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics;
• Supervision of the execution of duties in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics; 
• Directorate Information Processing and Provision one of work unit in Ministry of Communications and Informatics, currently requires 3 positions Junior Programmer Staff who have the following qualifications:

• Minimum SMK / STM / SMA graduate or equivalent
• Mastery PHP5 programming language
• Mastery PostgreSQL and MySQL database
• Mastery HTML + Javascript
• Ability to work in a team
• Have good analytical skill
