Corporate Affairs Manager

• Work Location : Jakarta
• Report to : Corporate Affairs Director

Job purpose :

• Manage the external stakeholders, Government and Non Government institutions to align with MBI business objective and strategy

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain relationship with clear strategy and agenda in order to establish strong engagement with government and non-government stakeholders. (e.g: Customs, Ministry if Trade and Industry, BPOM, Investment Coordinating Board, Beer Industry Association, PHRI, aprindo, etc)
• Deliver knownledge on beer industry and key message in certain topic to develop good knowledge and understanding and alignment of government and non government towards brewing industry
• Gather info from all sources, analize and give recommendation on updated regulations which will impact to business process and sustainability
• Ensure MD BPOM permit is fully compy with regulation and familiar with the process/procedure of application by establishing data base and monitoring system
• Manage anti-alcohol Perda issue and development
• Provide service as 'sounding board' to External Affairs managers or Area business managers

Requirements :

• S1 graduate in Law, management or communication
• Minimum 5 years experience of the similar role in managerial position
• Understanding on excise and alcohol industry related regulations will be advantage
• Good verbal and written communications as well as interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytic skill
• High integrity, Personable, Enthusiastic, Hardworking, and Effective team player
• Proficiency in English both Speaking and Written
