Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in implementation of Business Objects/ JAVA / SAP.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in insurance industry is advantage
- Able to communicate in English
- Preferred understand and familiar with Integral from CSC Insurance software
- Familiar with data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Experience in performing User Requirement Analysis
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), programming (XML, Java, or ETL frameworks) and databases (SQL etc)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Management to ensure the deadline, quality and business requirements are meet users expectation
- Perform technical and advisory functions in the development of Business Objects architecture and the creation of frameworks for reporting, dashboards, delivery and scheduling.
- Must be familiar with Development of processes, operating procedures and standards
- Create the design specifications for development from approved business cases.
- Execute unit and system testing of the design once the solution has been developed, and work closely with other team members to successfully deploy the code to production

- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any Major
- Having experience in Life Insurance company / or work for group health Insurance in Relationship Management /claim Services
- MS Office literates for: Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point
- English literate
- Team player
- Able to work under Minimum supervisor
- Able to work under Multitasking environment

- Handle regular report for Group health policy: claims, premium & outstanding payments
- Collaborate with claim department to analyze claim report, case containment, case monitoring, infectious diseases & fraud.
- Join visit or traveling with Sales team (Japanese account & non-Japanese account)
- Handle and prepare renewal policy documents, promotive & preventive materials
- Handle and communicate/escalade all complain related group health policy to PIC sales (Japan & non japan)
Motor Vehicle Claim staff
- Closing Date: 31 Juli 2016
Requirments:
- S1 degree all discipline and/or S1 degree from Insurance Academy
- Having experience deaing with Motor Vehicle Claims at least 2 years
- Not more than 30 years old
- Both written and oral English (it is an advantage)
- Computer literature is must (has knowledge about email, Microsoft Office)
- Understand the operation of Merimen System (it is an advantage)
- Male or Female
- Having a driving license (C)
Job Description:
- To monitor claim notification from the client through email/merimen system/phone call/direct visit to the office
- To entry data into the backend system and checking terms and conditions of insurance policy
- To arrange time of claim survey with the clients and/or workshops
- To conduct a site survey and make a recommendation for repair quotation by workshop
- To issue counter quotation letter and work order
