SAFETY STAFF
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of HSE programs to ensure all site operations are done safely and are in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures, and laws.
- Provide safety inductions/ re-inductions and training to all Site personnel and guests to provide and enhance HSE awareness on site.
- Prepare materials for and to conduct safety talks for all site personnel to ensure the implementation of HSE systems, standards and procedures in all site works.
- Conduct emergency response system tests to ensure emergency response systems are effective and will enhance the safety site working conditions.
- Commission heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.
- Prepare hazard reports to highlight potential dangers in the work area to ensure the necessary steps are taken to mitigate the risks of accident/ incidents.
- Conduct the investigations and to update data regarding incidents to provide recommendations for improvements for existing QHSE system and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety walk around to identify potential hazards to ensure the overall safety of the work area.
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry would be preferable)
- Required Competencies : Occupational Health and Safety
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (CONTRACT BASED)
Job responsibilities
- Assist in preparing SAMS and Shipping Agency invoices to customers which includes preparing draft on invoices, preparing the supporting data and sending invoices to customers.
- Monitor the incoming receipt from customer, especially for SAMS for FOB shipments
- Assist in obtaining payment approvals.
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Have min 1 year experience as FA Staff
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
- Have basic knowledge of Accounting
- Familiar with MS Excel
- Have a strong analytical skill
- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job responsibilities
- Assist in preparing bank transfer and bank disbursement voucher, in accordance with cash biweekly budget for further approval.
- Send bank payment transfer to the bank.
- Assist in preparing invoices to customers which include preparing draft of invoices, preparing the supporting data and sending invoice to customers.
- Prepare VAT-out slip and maintain the numbe of VAT-out slip
- Collect the SSP frim the banks
- Maintaining of Petty cash
- Recording of Receipt cash, expense payment and other cash disbursement
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
- Min 1 year experience as Finance & Accounting Staff
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply

FINANCE & TAXATION SUPERINTENDENT
Job responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring actual cash disbursement realisation, including monitoring the preparation of biweekly cash budget for company
- Assist in monitoring incoming cash from customers
- Monitoring tax consultants perfomance in tax calculation/payment/reporting
- Assist in following up and responding any tax requestions and/or tax audit
- Monitoring petty cash
- Assist in bookkepping closing, including to monitor the reconciliation ledgers with the subledgers, checking the completeness anc accuracy of transactions, finalizing the closing process.
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
- Have 5-6 experience in related field. Experience in Big Four Accounting Firm is preferred.
- Have experience in dealing with banks in regards to resolve day-to-day issues on banking transactions
- Have experience as a supervisor of a team
- Have experience in reviewing monthly tax returns
- Have experience in handling month-end closing
- Good knowledge of Accounting, familiar with MS Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, multi-tasking, and can work independent as well as in a team
- Fluent in English is a must
