CAREER
MPM Group Future Leaders Program is a group-wide acceleration program to create leaders across our myriad of industries. Trainees will get extensive exposure to dierent operating companies and work functions through actual work and project experience, mentoring and coaching, and in-class training to develop leadership and technical proficiencies.

Requirement
- We are looking for oustanding candidates with excellent educational background (any major), at least 3.00 GPA, English fluency, and at most 2 years of work experience. The candidate must be self-driven, socially active and aspiring to become a leader.
