Training & Development Section Head

Develop Learning Curriculum aligned with competencies, by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Description
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers.
- Develop Learning Module for internal trainings, based on Learning Curriculum
- Ensure all Development Programs is executed appropriately and aligned to Learning Objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and compile it into comprehensive report.
- Design appropriate e-learning strategy and cooperate with KM Section to implement it through KM Portal
Requirements
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Education/Teaching/Training, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Have experience in developing talent development programmes (TODP, TSDP, and TMDP) is advantage.
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Have strong passion in learning/teaching and have background in competency development.
Knowledge Management Section Head

Manage and nurture KM Activiies (such as CoI, CoP, Knowledge Sharing, Sharing After Training), and endorse employees to actively involved in those activities.
Description
- Organize collections of KM socuments (books, publications, audiovisual aids, training and workshop materials, and other reference materials) for convenient access to employee
- Manage online KM Activities through Corporate Web Portal
- Create pool of Subject Matter Expert
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of KM Activities
- Identify Critical Knowledge in Corporate and review Corporate's Knowledge Map regularly
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong passion in learning and teaching
- Have a journalist background is an advantage
- Actively involved in social media or blogging
- Have experience in MAKE Study is preferred
- Familiar with design software is a significant advantage
Civil Engineer

Provide civil design scenario to support all projects, developing new infrastructure design in coherent with latest technological advancement in telecommunication industry.
Description
- Provide civil design scenario to support all projects, developing new infrastructure design in coherent with latest technological advancement in telecommunication industry.
- Design & review structural design especially in building, tower structure, and concrete structure.
- Coordinate with consultant design listed as partner in Tower Bersama Group
- Create design report for survey and design of telecommunication infrastructure
- Support add-work design for project
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of structural design standards (IBC, SNI, ANSI, TIA F/G Etc)
- Extensive knowledge of Telecommunication project business process
- Extensive knowledge using SAP 2000 / ETABS and MS tower Software
- Trustworthy and be a role model to the team
- Strong objectivity to see any problem on civil engineering on facts and able to anticipate the future requirement to provide better infrastructure design including initiate the solution to civil engineering problem if necessary
- Good command in English is essential
- 3 years experiences of designing and review
- Last experience in consultant design is advantage
