MDP (MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM) 2017
Through this development program at mining sites in our organization, the employee will be able to understand thoroughly the coal mining industry, how it operates, and thus, will be able to develop skills, knowledge and working attitude needed in the industry.
If you are:
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Information) Psychology, Legal, Science, Economic, Finance with minimum GPA 3.00
- Graduated not more than 2 years from your University
- Proficient in English 4.
- Has sufficient knowledge and skill to be able to use computers
- Has good Non Academic Achievements during campus life
- Dynamic, persistent, collaborative, great can-do attitude, flexible, comfortable facing Senior Management.
