PT Pertamina EP is engaged in upstream oil and gas business activities, including exploration and exploitation. In addition, Pertamina EP also carry other supporting business activities which directly or indirectly support the main business activity. Pertamina EP current production rate is approximately 127,635 barrels oil per day (BOPD) and about 1,054 millions standard cubic feet gas per day (MMSCFD). Our working Area (WK) is 113,613.90 square kilometers which most of PT Pertamina (Persero) Oil and Gas Mining Concession Area.
Gunung Kampung Minyak Ltd (the GKM), a subsidiary 100% owned by Gunung Indah Lestari Limited (Gunung), signed the KSO with PT Pertamina in December 2012. The formal handover of asset from PT Pertamina to the Partner was held in February 2013.The ST-BK-SJ KSO contract tenure is 15 years and expires in December, 2027.
The Sungai Taham – Batu Keras – Suban Jeriji (ST-BK-SJ) Joint Operation Agreement (KSO) Contract is located approximately 50 km from Prabumulih city in South Sumatra, Indonesia. The ST-BK-SJ KSO covers an area of approximately 82 km2.

Requirements:
- Responsible for policy implementation and ensure the company’s regulations, as well as compatibility with the company’s objectives and strategies appropriate to the overall business targets
- To develop, monitor, evaluate and implement company’s overall policy in order to run optimally, effectively and efficiently.
- To control and evaluate the implementation of the strategy to obtain strategic input as proposals for next policy.
- To evaluate and analyze the results of company’s strategy implementation and seek proposals for solving problems that arise.
- To monitor and provide guidance functions of each department in implementing the company’s strategy.
- Ensure that the organization structure of the whole organization is designed to achieve the priorities and objectives in line with Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in petroleum.
- Maximum age 55 years old.
- 10 years experience in oil and gas industry, with 3 years in the same level.
- Have the ability to speak English Active (oral & written).
- Have adequate knowledge in accordance with the scope of duties.
- Having good communication and managerial skill, and work effectively.
- Has the nature of responsibility, leadership, discipline, also good personality and integrity.
