Order Taking & Dispatch Staff - Greater Jakarta
Job description
Scope of works:

  • Responsible for creating schedule and monitoring optimum concrete delivered to customer with optimimum distribution cost (distance, load size and on time delivery)
  • Create SO, communication with existing customer as  order taker function & maintain mixer flow between plant as delivered schedule needed
  • Create Biweekly Report & Monthly Report for all progress condition material management 
Requirements:
  • Education : Bachelor degree from any major
  • Experience :  
  • Min. 3 years experiences in relevant area
  • Experiences in cement manufacturing process
  • Experiences in project management


  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft Office and Google Application
  • Language : Fluency spoken and written English

Other qualification / skills :  

  • Understand business process of Holcim Indonesia
  • Good knowledge of products
  • Willingness to stay in Surabaya

Scope of works:

  • Engage with customers to be proactively retained then developed existing and new client relationship to increase business capacity level from our key account customer by creating the diamond relationship model and engage from top to the low level management.  The results of those are increasing share of wallet customer and profitability by effectively deploying our organization resources to secure results for today and tomorrow. Including:
  • Identify and define customer needs based on market segmentation
  • Manage strong relationships with clients by providing them with prompt and knowledgeable support and guidance and become primary point of contact within the company

Scope of works:

  • Country Security Manager is leading all security team in Indonesia to protect company assets  (tangible and intangible) which has authorization to do limited police function based on Regulation of Indonesian Chief Police No. 24 / 2007 about Indonesian Security Management System and Indonesian Act No. 2 / 2002 about Indonesian Police.
  • Establish integrated security system at all work area to achieve the target and doing all security main task :
  • Zero accident in all security operation
  • Zero theft in all site
  • Zero disturbance in all company operation

Requirements:

  • Education: Indonesian Military/Police Academy Graduated with Officer Rank Level or Bachelor degree in Law or HR Management
  • Experience :  
  • Min. 10 years experiences in managing security operation at mining/manufacture with minimum people supervision 500 personnels at one assignment
  • Good network and good relationship with Indonesian Police and Military
