Mechanical Condition Monitoring

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure adherence mechanic equipment monitoring, and ensure that the data can be predictive or indicative of the damage that can be done early remedial action to prevent unschedule maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical Condition Monitoring
• Having ability of vibration analysis, NDT testing, FMEA, RCA, Materials, Oil Analysis and Lubrication System
• Certified NDT, Vibration Analysis Level 2

Plant Production Support Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed for port and  civil design
• Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc
• Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
• Resolving design and development problems
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree at Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience at same role
• Have a knowledge about mine civil and portwork
• Have a good knowledge about Hydrology
• Have a good knowledge about EVM, RAB, Project Management, Support Software about civil works
• Willing to be placed at Kelanis Site, Central Borneo

Data Laser Processing Surveyor Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Processing laser data and GPS mine survey
• Support & reporting process survey data

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering from any reputable University
• Mastering survey equipment  (Laser, GPS, TS) and familiar with analyzing survey data
• Master in Surpac and RiscanPro
• Having POP and survey equipment handling certification
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, adaptive, and dedicated to work
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

Project Financing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial models for Adaro’s projects
• Support financing activities for Adaro’s projects, including devising workable financing plan
• Perform and supervise Junior analyst in preparation of financial models for Adaro’s projects
• Provide support on project development and implementation activities undertaken by Adaro
• Lead preparation of risk analysis of Adaro’s projects for reporting to Board
• Perform, supervise and train junior analysts in financial modelling and risk assessment
• Preparation of board papers for decision and update

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance
• Minimum 10  years’ experience as Project Financing position
• Have deep understanding  of Financial Model, Loan Documentation
• Good Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
• Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
• Good command in English both oral and written

Mechanical Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and proposing mechanical designs and schedule for the power plant’s project’s mechanical construction as well as to manage the design, construction and maintenance of various mechanical systems and components to ensure it is in accordance with specifications and proper industrial practice.
• Develop technical mechanical standards for the construction of special and power plant mechanical equipment and to provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure the construction is done according to schedule.
• Develop and propose mechanical designs for the construction of power plant to coordinate the designs with the EPC contractors to ensure construction is done according to specification.
• Review and analyze issues on the designs of mechanical construction and to develop recommendations for follow up actions to ensure the issues are accurately and swiftly addressed.
• Coordinate and provide instructions to EPC contractor regarding the mechanical works which has been agreed  and instructed by Mechanical Engineering Manager as well as to monitor contractor performance and progress to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design and schedule
• Review and recommend cost-effective equipment modification to be supplied by EPC contractors to help improve performance, reliability and safety.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress based on the construction schedule for special facilities and to report as well as to provide recommendations for any issues on the construction to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
• Required Competencies : Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Methods, Design Engineering
• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
