Managing Strata Title Consist of Apartment and Mixed-High Rise Building
Requirements

• 35 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or Equivalent.
• Advanced with high rise building operational, engineering, portfolio of developments and had experience strata title property management.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the property / developer company is required for this position.
• Skills : Facility Management, Property Management, Leasing, Building Manager.
• Placement at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta .

Job Descriptions

• Negotiation, pricing and terms of condition with the Building Manager.
• Create a business plan to support the achievement of targets and smooth operations.
• Create and submit estimates of the operational budget for the unit area.
• Ensuring management of office buildings, apartments and facilities run smoothly and prepare systems and human resources.

PHP Specialist
Requirements

• Max. 30 years old.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of working experiences as PHP Programmer.
• Able to work with PHP, CSS, Javascript language programming.
• Advanced with logic, algorithm and problem solving.
• Placement at Kelapa Gading Area.

Job Descriptions

• Design, developing, implementation, and troubleshooting for application that requested from user.
• Provide maintenance and support to existing applications, write and maintain programming documentation.
