Quality Control & Civil Engineer

Job Description
- Reporting daily to management
- Controlling site construction progress
- Designing construction technical drawing
- Quality control for products (paving block, concrete block, red bricks and ready mix)
Requirement
- Male max 38 years old.
- Willing to be placed in Samboja – East Kalimantan
- Min. Qualification Bachelor Degree (S1) Civil Engineer
- Have knowledge about production and SNI (Indonesian national standard) of paving block, cement block, red bricks and concrete ready mix
- Have knowledge about job mix composition of paving block, cement block, red bricks and concrete ready mix
- Ability to supervise quality control the production of paving block, cement block, red bricks and concrete ready mix
- Have knowledge and experience in civil work and construction work
- Familiar with technical drawing
- Familiar with sketchup and autocad
- Able to work well in site and under pressure.
- Good personality, good attitude, hard working and has high enthusiasm towards work.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently both oral & written
Plant Manager

Requirement
- Male max. 40 years old.
- Min. Qualification, Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering Working experience as Workshop Manager min. 5 years
- Certificate of Health
- Excellent leadership skills to direct, motivate team members to achieve successful job completion.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Has positive attitude & personality, discipline, highly self-motivated and responsibility.
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, hard Working & Has high enthusiasm towards work.
- Able in make and manage the overall job schedule on time
- Able to work well in team and under pressure.
- Willing to work on weekend or overtime if needed
- Willing to be placed in sites location.
- Abale to make manage cost control of the workshop job.
- Highly Competence in Microsoft Office and any software program related to the work
Project Manager

Requirement
- Male max. 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Project Manager/ Planning experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Projects
- Cost Estimation Experience
- Having experience Project Management, Performance management, Management proficiency and Process Improvement
- Project management experience in executing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet Customer and Company deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication English skills. Highly proficient at writing well‐formulated emails and notifications. Ability to effectively communicate with employees, contractors and vendors. Experience with technical writing and document development / generations.
- Respond effectively to demands of a high and varied work load, and changing job priorities
- Strong organizational skills; excellent analytical skills, Coaching, and staffing
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
