DISCO is a Recruitment company from Japan, specializing in fresh graduate recruitment. Every year we are holding job fairs around the world to hire candidates outside Japan for position in Japanese companies. In 2019, DISCO held its first job fair “SINGAPORE CAREER FORUM” for candidates from universities in South East Asia. More than 500 candidates and 37 companies have participated for interview and candidates have successfully landed their job offer in Japan. (Around 100 candidates came from Indonesia, with 44 from Institut Teknologi Bandung)
DISCO will be holding yearly job fair every September and we hope to connect more Indonesian candidates with positions in Japan.
