Business Process Analyst
Responsibility
This role provides opportunities to assist leading companies to enhance their business processes through process improvements, centralization, as well as automation, to maximize their productivities as well as to strengthen their competitive advantages. This role will also provide opportunities to assist leading companies to design, develop, and implement innovative / world-class solutions to address their business needs.
Requirement
- Have an excellent academic record with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
- Good understanding of industry business processes, particularly in any of the following: banking, insurance, muntifinance, retail, is a must
- Proactive, thorough and detail-oriented person
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process, is a plus
- Ability to independently learn new concept/technology
- Ability to fluently communicate in English is a plus
- Experience in conducting requirements gathering, is a plus
- Have knowledge and/or experience in Java application development, is a plus
- Have experience in business process design and/or business analyst role is a plus
